1. TOTAL BALANCE & DEPOSITS
• A non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your reservation date.
• The total balance must be paid in full 30 days before the rental date unless otherwise agreed.
• Any damage to the building or furnishings will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

2. HALL ACCESS & EVENT TIMING
• Access to the hall, event start time, and event end time must be strictly followed.
• Hall closing time includes all guest departure and preliminary cleanup.

3. ALCOHOL & BEVERAGE POLICY
• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is allowed in the building or on the grounds.
• Violation of this policy may result in management immediately shutting down the event.
• All bar services must be coordinated through Stockton Eagles management.

4. GUEST CAPACITY & CONDUCT
• The estimated number of guests must be provided and not exceeded for safety reasons.
• The Renter is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all guests on premises.

5. CLEANING & PROPERTY CARE
• The hall must be left in the same clean condition as it was provided.
• All decorations must be removed and properly disposed of at the end of the event.

6. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
• Stockton Eagles Aerie #83 is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Renters assume all liability for injuries occurring during the event period.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposit refunds are subject to Eagle Management discretion based on the notice period given.
